Cancellation & Order Changes Policy

We understand plans change. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled or changed.

1) Request as soon as possible
If you need to cancel or change your order (address, item, quantity), contact us immediately after purchase at info@rangefurnish.com.

2) When changes/cancellations are possible
We can only attempt to cancel or change an order if it has not entered processing and has not been handed to the carrier. Once an order has shipped, cancellations and changes are not possible.

3) Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
