Warranty Policy

We stand behind the condition of items on arrival and will assist if there is a problem.
1) Issues on arrival
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos. We will review and provide an appropriate resolution.
2) Manufacturer warranty (where applicable)
Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. If a manufacturer warranty applies, it will be described on the product page or provided in the packaging/documentation.
3) What is not covered
Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or damage caused after delivery is generally not covered.
